The  VLLRO Sand & Charcoal Booster Water Supply Unit, featuring both single and double filtration, utilizes advanced multi-stage filtration and sterilization technology to eliminate sediment, colloidal particles, bacteria, cysts, and other microorganisms. Integrated with modern smart controls for automatic pressure-boosted water supply, it creates a fully automated, self-contained, and ultra-clean tap water supply system.

The VLLRO Sand & Charcoal Pressure Boosting Water System has upgraded its water supply pipes to Huaya PVC-U of chemical-grade quality, surpassing even drinking water standards for enhanced safety and security.

Operating procedure of the VLLRO Sand & Charcoal Boosted Water System: Initially, raw water is introduced into a quartz sand and activated charcoal filter, where large particles and impurities are trapped, and unpleasant colors and smells are absorbed. Subsequently, this pre-treated water flows into a pressure tank integrated with a smart microcomputer control unit. This unit enables users to adjust pressure settings, manage pump operations without power limitations, and maintain around-the-clock automatic water boosting. During water consumption, the water is further purified by passing through an ultrafiltration membrane (0.001 micron pore size), eliminating minute particles and microorganisms, before being sanitized by a UV light, achieving a high level of disinfection (99.9% efficiency). The end result is clean, pristine water that surpasses the quality of tap water.

The VLLRO Sand & Charcoal Booster Water Supply Unit functions as follows: Raw water first enters a prefiltration tank filled with quartz sand and activated carbon, removing large particles, sediment, and adsorbing discoloration and odors. The preliminarily filtered water then proceeds to a pressure tank equipped with an intelligent microcomputer control panel, enabling precise pressure adjustment and automated pump start/stop operations, regardless of pump wattage, for 24/7 boosted water supply. Upon usage, the water traverses an ultrafiltration filter with a pore size of 0.001 microns, eliminating fine particles, eggs of microorganisms, and finally, the water undergoes UV sterilization, achieving a 99.9% efficiency in killing bacteria and insects. This comprehensive process ensures the delivered water is clean, clear, and superior in quality to tap water.
